William Fife's classic yacht Unknown passes clipper Unknown at anchor 08 June 2008. These vessels are here for the Fife Yachts' Regatta beginning 20 June. The search for the names continues, unless anyone knows?

Don't know the names, but heres a list of the 22 attending Fife yachts:

Those with a more detailed knowledge might be able to match pictures with technical data...maybe!

The 3 master is ADIX, not a Fife yacht, but here for the regatta. Altair is at Fairlie quay, I do not know the names of the two others at anchor, and there are some others berthed at Largs Yacht Haven.
A book detailing all the yachts is in production at the moment, available from end of next week.

Mariquita, William Fife III built 1911. Weighs around 95 tonnes, 125 feet overall, 95 on deck. 125 feet wide with spinnaker out and boom at max for running downwind.

I sailed on her a couple of times last year on the Solent, my son did several regattas.
An awesome ship restored to concours condition.
